Dear Valued Customer,

As the Fall season approaches, we wanted to share some important updates to help you plan ahead. Please take a moment to review the information below:

Final Mowing

Our last mowing service for the season will take place the week of October 31st. Unlike previous years, this is our first year, we will be taking the 14th-18th of October off. Please contact us if you need to arrange any special details for that missed week. We will continue to do business as usual before and after that week. 

Watering Adjustments

As temperatures cool, now is the time to adjust your sprinkler settings. Please remember to turn off your sprinklers on your service day, as running water delays our ability to efficiently care for your lawn.

Debris Removal

Please ensure that any large piles of debris are removed before your scheduled mowing day. If not, we will handle it for an additional fee to avoid damage to both your property and our equipment. We do not mow over large debris piles. If you’re scheduled for Fall Cleanup, billing will follow upon completion.

Fall Services

We are now scheduling for all Fall Services. We kindly ask that you fill out and return the enclosed form; this helps with the organization of the schedule. To add or modify services, please feel free to call, email, text, or send in the form. A copy will be on our website.

Looking Ahead to 2025

We will send out a letter in early March outlining the start of the 2025 season and what to expect. You are already scheduled for next season, and no action is required unless you wish to make changes to your service plan.

Payments

As a reminder, payments are due by the 15th of each month. If your account is past due, we ask that you bring it up to date before the end of the year.

Snow Removal

Our snow removal schedule is more limited than our mowing schedule, so if you require snow removal services, please sign up early. Talan and Dominic will be managing snow removal this year, and you will receive their contact details to address any questions directly.
